GREASES—GENERAL PURPOSE

Retinax^® Grease EPX
A multipurpose lithium soap grease that contains molybdenum disulfide. It has a good dropping point, good mechanical stability, rust inhibition and water resistance.

Shell Albida^® Grease EP
High-performance multi-purpose greases formulated for industrial applications. They are based on a high quality mineral oil, lithium complex soap thickener and carefully selected additives to provide excellent high temperature properties that resist oxidation, wear and corrosion. Shell Albida Greases EP are especially suitable for heavy-duty bearings operating at high temperatures and under severe load.

Shell Albida^® Grease SLC 220
A lithium complex grease compounded with selected synthetic polyalphaolefins. The combination of the complex grease thickener with the synthetic polyalphaolefin base fluids allows the product to perform well under the more severe operating conditions now being imposed on industrial and other heavy-duty equipment with a high drop point.

Shell Alvania^® Greases EP
Brown in color and manufactured with a lithium 12-hydroxystearate soap thickener. Fortified with extreme pressure additives (EP), they provide increased load carrying properties and corrosion resistance.

These high-performance, multi-purpose greases are formulated for industrial applications. They are designed for heavy-duty bearings operating at high temperatures and under severe load.

A lithium complex grease containing an ISO 460 base oil and special additives to provide outstanding load carrying and water resistance properties.

Shell Alvania^® Grease CG
Formulated with a lithium soap/polymer thickener, which provides excellent resistance to oil separation when subjected to the high centrifugal forces normally found in couplings.

Shell Alvania^® Greases EP

Shell Stamina Grease HDS
A formulated polyurea grease containing a synthetic base fluid, and high performance corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. Extreme pressure additives make it especially suitable for lubrication of heavy-duty slow moving plain and rolling element bearings operating in the severe environments found in the steel, paper and chemical industry.

Stamina^® Grease HSX 2
A specially formulated polyurea grease containing a synthetic base oil and high performance corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. Suitable for lubrication of bearings under extreme temperature conditions.

GREASES—ELECTRIC MOTORS, HIGH SPEED BEARINGS

Shell Alvania^® Greases RL 2 and 3
A smooth-textured, amber colored, non-EP, lithium soap thickened grease. These greases are also inhibited with additives that promote long service life and provide excellent lubrication and corrosion protection. Excellent as general plant and electric motor bearing lubricants. Shell Alvania^® Grease RL 2 is readily pumpable in pressure grease dispensing systems.

Shell Dolium^® Grease BRB
A formulated NLGI Grade 2 grade grease consisting of a highly refined mineral oil base stock, a polyurea thickener, and special additives that provide outstanding performance characteristics.

Effectively resists water washout while offering excellent rust inhibition and oxidation and thermal stability for extended service life.

Withstands long-term high operating temperatures but will allow bearings to start and run even at low ambient to elevated temperatures.

Shell Stamina^® Grease RLS 2
Formulated R & O polyurea greases contain a synthetic base fluid, and high performance corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. This grease does not contain EP additives and is especially suitable for lubrication of ball and roller bearings such as those found in industrial applications.

SHELL INDUSTRIAL CLEANERS

Shell Industrial System Cleaner
This product is intended to loosen deposits and varnish in paper machines as well as circulating and hydraulic systems. It is a neutral solution that can be added to the existing oil while in service. The oil and cleaner can be left in the system for up to one week without affecting the performance of the lubricating oil.

Shell ROTELLA^® ELC Extended Life Coolant/Antifreeze
Rotella ELC Extended Life Coolant/Antifreeze is part of a system of products designed to go a minimum of 600,000 miles with only one extender addition.

ROTELLA^® ELC Extended Life Coolant/Antifreeze is a “fill for life” ethylene glycol based coolant for heavy-duty diesel, gasoline and natural gas powered engines. Rotella ELC contains a unique extended life carboxylate inhibitor system and nitrite/molybdate as secondary inhibitors. This product contains no silicate, borate, nitrate or phosphate and requires no traditional SCA additions. Rotella ELC Extended Life Coolants meets all the requirements of CAT EC-1, TMC RP 329 and TMC RP 338. Rotella ELC is available as a concentrate and as 50/50 and 60/40 volume mixtures of Rotella ELC with deionized water.

DEX-COOL EXTENDED LIFE Shell Dexcool^® Antifreeze/Coolant
Shell DEX-COOL^® Extended Life Antifreeze/ Coolant is a single-phase, ethylene glycol based, extended life, universal automotive engine coolant based on a unique extended life carboxylate inhibitor system. Shell DEX-COOL^® is suitable for a five year or 150,000 mile service life in automotive applications. In heavy-duty applications not requiring nitrite, Shell DEX-COOL is suitable for a service life of 400,000 miles or 8,000 hours. Shell DEXCOOL Prediluted 50/50 is a 50/50 volume mixture of Shell DEX-COOL with deionized water.

Shellzone Antifreeze/Coolant Concentrate 50/50
Shellzone^® Antifreeze is a superior quality, single phase, ethylene glycol based antifreeze. It is a low silicate, all-purpose coolant designed for use in both automotive and heavy-duty diesel engines (with the use of SCA’s). Shellzone Antifreeze Prediluted 50/50 is a 50/50 volume mixture of Shellzone Antifreeze with deionized water.

Shell ELC Corrosion Inhibitor
Shell ELC Corrosion Inhibitor is a heavy-duty inhibitor concentrate based on a unique extended life carboxylate inhibitor. Maximized protection of all cooling system and heat transfer systems metals, including brass, copper, solder, steel, cast iron and aluminum. It does not contain nitrite, nitrate, phosphate, borate, amines and silicates.
