Programs and Services Foster Blue Water Oil LLC provides a variety of programs and services to fit the needs of our customers. COURTESY FILL SERVICE -We schedule your deliveries based on consumption in relation to the average outside temperature. We calculate your delivery to arrive when your tank is approximately ¼ full. Residential customers on this plan receive a special discount per gallon. COMMERCIAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE - Avoid constant orders when your business is busy, Foster Blue Water Oil can set up automatic deliveries for commercial customers based on your needs - whether it be every day or once a month - we are here to service you. Click here for the Change in Delivery Service form. WILL CALL SERVICE - We will schedule a delivery upon your request. Please call your local office when the tank is ¼ full and our customer service representative will schedule your delivery on the designated day for your route. We offer a discount for residential customers who give a 48 hour notice for delivery. Click here for the Change in Delivery Service form. BUDGET PROGRAM - Spread your heating bill into level monthly payments. We estimate your payment based on past usage and historical weather data. Adjustments for over or underpayment are satisfied in the final month of the program. Click here for the Budget Program Form. Click here for the ACH Authorization Form to have your budget payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month. DRAFT PROGRAM - This program saves a check, a stamp and avoids any late payment fees. We can set your account up to draft from your banking account on the day it's due.
